- Set up and tear down: Set up stamping dies and cut-off machines according to safety guidelines and standard parameters. Tear down dies at the end of a run and complete the die repair tag.
- Operate and maintain: Operate, calibrate, and maintain machinery.
- Inspect: Inspect products for quality assurance using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot issues with equipment and report malfunctions to the Tool Room or Maintenance Department.
- Assist: Assist operators as needed.
- Maintain workspace: Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Restock: Restock material.
- Improve: Contribute to improving die setting time and techniques.
